Charlotte Rose USA sealed the ILCA 6 Women’s World Championship title today with a 2-6 in windy, wavy Final Series conditions — only the third American sailor to win it, and the first non-European champion in 20 years. Emma Plasschaert BEL took Silver, with Anna Munch DEN claiming Bronze.
Charlotte Rose Leads Top 10 Into Tomorrow’s Final Series for the Title
The Elimination Series concluded today at the 2026 ILCA 6 Women’s World Championship, setting the top ten for tomorrow’s Final Series. Charlotte Rose USA leads the way, with Emma Plasschaert BEL and Anna Munch DEN completing the top three heading into the final day.
Choppy Conditions and a Reshuffled Leaderboard on Dublin Bay
Three races in ever-changing conditions reshuffled the leaderboard at the 2026 ILCA 6 Women’s Worlds on Dublin Bay. Charlotte Rose USA reclaimed the overall lead, while Anna Munch DEN, Maxime Jonker NED and Greta Pilkington NZL made significant gains ahead of the final two Elimination Series races.
